What Is Your Return Policy?

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days from the day you receive it.

To qualify for a full refund if you purchase Nutrifactor Products:

• The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• You must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To request a return:

• Email shop@nompharma.com with your order number and reason for return.

• You will receive return instructions, including a returns address.

For Renue Products:

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on all our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact our customer support team for assistance by phone or email and they’ll assist you with a refund or replacement for any product purchased within the previous 60 days. The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How Do Refunds Work?

Once we receive the returned product(s) in resalable condition:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

• We will refund the full amount, including the standard delivery fee (if applicable).

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I Return Opened Products?

We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty product:

• Keep the item and its packaging.

• Contact shop@nompharma.com within 30 days to arrange a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 Items Purchased from Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased Nompharma products through another retailer (e.g., Amazon, pharmacies, or other websites), please follow that retailer’s return and refund policies.

We are unable to process returns for products not purchased directly from www.nompharma.com

• You have the right to cancel online orders within 30 days.

• You are entitled to a refund on faulty or misdescribed goods.

• Your refund must be issued within 30 days (Nutrifactor Products) and within 60 days (Renue Products) of goods being returned.

• We must refund your standard delivery charge if the entire order is returned.
