Vitamin B6, together with magnesium, is responsible for the optimal functioning of the nervous system; it also helps the immune system to function properly, supports the production of red blood cells and the optimal synthesis of cysteine. Our Magnesium Balance & Relax food supplement contains a large portion of magnesium in the highly absorbable organic form of citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), L-aspartic acid and the patented, well-absorbed zinc in chelate form - OptiZinc®. This unique mineral chelate, which combines zinc with the amino acid L-methionine, has excellent absorption, retention, antioxidant and cell-protective properties, with which it has advantages over other forms [9]. The recommended daily serving (3 capsules) contains 400 mg magnesium (107% RWS), 15 mg zinc (150% RWS), 10.5 mg vitamin B6 (750% RWS) and 300 mg L-aspartic acid. We recommend taking the supplement one hour before bedtime.

Recommended daily dose: 3 capsules, an hour before sleep.

Method of use: Swallow the capsules with a glass of water. We suggest taking three capsules 1 hour before sleep.
