Jarrow Formulas® Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate plus Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P) combines biologically active forms of vitamin B12, B9, and B6 that support cellular energy metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis.* This combination supports the recycling of homocysteine to methionine to support cardiovascular health.*

Other Ingredients: Xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavor, citric acid, rebaudioside A (stevia extract) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
