hydroxypropyl methylcellulose” to more clearly emphasize the function and plant-based origin of the capsule. The capsule itself remains unchanged and serves solely as the product’s shell-it is not a filler.
How To Use
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) per day during a meal, drink plenty of water. Product is intended for adults.

Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed when using sedatives, sleeping pills, antiepileptic drugs and should not be used by children, pregnant women and during lactation.
