Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey Pro also contains LactoSpore, a friendly bacteria, and digestive enzymes.

Consume up to 3 servings per day, ideally post-workout.

Mix 30g with 180–200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. Adjust the liquid to your taste. Once mixed, consume immediately.

For a quick, protein-rich dessert, mix 100g Greek yoghurt with 30g Instant Whey™ Pro.
